Tickets also on Sale at Ear X-Tacy in Louisville. Tickets at the store are $30.00 (includes taxes and fees).

Volunteers are needed for all nights of the Terrastock Festival (shifts will be for 6 hours Thurs & 4 hours Fri-Sun), including Thursday from 6:00pm - midnight and Friday through Sunday from 11:00am - midnght. You will be asked to work with one of the following areas: Check-In (for Full Pass guests), Banding and ticketing (all guests), Merchandise, Clean-up, Load-in/Stage assistance, Runners, and Hospitality/Travelers assistance.

Read this guy for a week, then go away.

He's got the right idea, but he doesn't offer solutions. He reiterates the problem, and where other folks have a good idea, but he doesn't present the step forward.

And he completely ignores the fact that there are music makers out there who would never sign with a major label, or who would pursue a contract with Live Nation. That there are music makers who just do it to get their ideas heard.

The closest he comes to that are his beloved Eagles. Oh, how he loves the fact that they ponied up the money to create and publish their latest album themselves, taking all of the profits.

Well, mostly. I imagine Walmart gets their cut, since if you want a hard copy that's where you have to go to buy it.

Yeah. The Eagles. That's his ideal situation, it seems. That's his touchstone.

God help him and good riddance.

Freeze before Frolic

I am stoked about the festival but....but....I'm working myself overtime and getting nervous about any random thing that my nerves can misbehave about. Tickets are still selling. Plans are being laid, port o pots ordered. What's next?

Hotels, Staging, Sound, Lights, freeeeeeeak out!

Me thinks we need a little fun break....

Tickets for Terrastock

So folks, tickets will be on sale probably within about a week.

here's how its gonna work. For one month...February only, we're offering the tickets at a "sweetheart" of a deal with your 4-day full festival pass costing 55.00+shipping.

After February tickets will increase to their regular price of 85.00+shipping (which is still not bad overall)

Tickets for the sweetheart deal will be available via verifiable cashier's check, money order, paypal and credit card. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

All tickets will be assessed a shipping charge because mail costs money and Terrastock doesn't really have any.
